Dubai trip updates on Dr. Prince Joel with PWAN Group to the Eagle Summit have been released.
Recap: Real Estate Investment coach and the External solicitor of the PWAN Group Ltd, Dr. Prince Joel stormed Dubai with PWAN Group of Companies for their May 2022, Eagle summit. This event took place on the 17th of May, 2022.
The PWAN Eagle summit which took place in Dubai was fully sponsored by the Company’s President and the Chairman of the PWAN Group, Dr. Jayne Onwumere, and Dr.Augustine Onwumere.
They did not only sponsor their external solicitor but covered all expenses for about 200 persons.
The event was a very productive one as the PWAN Group is set to open a new operation in Dubai. With the help of their External Solicitor Dr. Prince Joel and the Company Secretary Bar Ugo Otuonye, they have commenced the business registration process as well as securing an office space.
The external Solicitor in his expertise and findings discovered that to begin a going concern in Dubai, the following major steps must be done as follows:
- Registering your company name
- Acquiring a business name license
- Completing the visa processes
- Opening a bank account
- A business could be either Commercial, Industrial or Professional. For the going concern to be registered, one must Work with BIZ (Business Incorporation Zone)
- Choose your business activity
- Free zone or mainland
- Choose a company name
- Apply for your license
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
- A completed incorporation form
- Articles of incorporation (if necessary)
- Passport copies for all shareholders
- Brief description of intended business activities
Furthermore the Procedure To Start a limited liability company in Dubai, a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 50 shareholders are required. The business could either be set up on the mainland or free zone area
NOTE: If you already have an established business elsewhere (like PWAN GROUP in Nigeria), you have the option of incorporating your business in the United Arab Emirate (UAE) and registering an offshore company.
UAE free zone companies are registered through each zones authority. Free zone entities can conduct business within the free zone and outside UAE

The PWAN Group made their Eagle summit a trip to remember by taking all attendees on a tour trip to the Safari deserts, Dubai Mall, and Burn Khalifa the tallest building in the world.
The wrapup was the celebration of the birthday of the Chairman of PWAN GROUP, which was a boat Cruise fun for all the participants.
