Your email or message should contain the full description of the land, the situation, status, location, size and budget.
I will visit the land with my team of certified inspectors and land surveyors for the extraction of the land coordinates, trace the history of the land and confirm the entire land documentations at the Land Bureau Alausa. This process will not take place without an instruction from you the client.
After the stage above has been completed and we are satisfied about the validity of the land, we assume Power of Attorney from you to negotiate on your behalf. We oversee the negotiation process with the agent/owners and make sure that the client gets the right market value for the land. We will however facilitate negotiation based on our experience of the local value of land in the proposed area. We will ensure that the transaction is closed out rightly in your favor and without any complications during or after the land/property has been purchased.
