THE SENIOR PARTNER OF PRINCE JOEL & ASSOCIATE PAID A VISIT TO THE COMMISSIONER FOR HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT IN IMO STATE.
The senior partner of Prince Joel & Associates today 19th of July 2022 paid a courtesy visit to the Hon. Commissioner for Housing and Urban development, Lady Dr Love Ineh in her office .
Those present during the courtesy visit were the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Lady Hope Anyiam, the Public Relations Officer of the Ministry Mrs Vivien Onwuka, Dr Prince Joel; the principal partner of Prince Joel and Associates, Dr Fred Okpaje; the MD, PWAN HAVEN, also doubles as the Executive Director Operations PWAN GROUP, Mr. Emmanuel Ogbuefi; the MD, PWAN HERRITAGE, and Ms. Jenny Anusiem; the founder and CEO of Ihe Imo Angels Football club, amongst others.
In her address, the Commissioner stated that the present administration of His Excellency Dist. Senator Hope Uzodimma through the Ministry of Housing and Urban development is putting everything in place to tackle the housing deficiency in the state .
Dr Ineh informed them that the Ministry is poised in entering partnership with primary mortgage institutions, investors and developers toward providing affordable houses that will meet the needs of the average Imo citizens.
Dr. Prince ONWENIEKE WILLIAMS-JOEL a lawyer, author and real estate investment coach, who is also the external solicitor to the PWAN Group, that has brought in so many investors into Imo state.
Dr Fred Okpaje; the Executive Director Operations PWAN GROUP thanked the Hon. Commissioner for the audience and warm welcome. He described the Company (PWAN) as a multinational real estate network /marketing Company spread across 26 states in Nigeria with branches in Dubai, America ,Ghana and Senegal . He further hinted that they came to collaborate and partner with the state government through the Ministry of Housing and urban development in providing affordable Mass housing estates for Imo citizens.
The highlight of the courtesy visit was with the presentation of Souvenir and books recently launched to Hon. Commissioner by Dr. Prince O. Williams-Joel.
